2. Manufactured in our workshop
The complete structure is built in our workshop: walls, floor, roof and covering, with electrical and plumbing first fix. Between 30 and 60 days depending on the model.
3. Sea transport and assembly
The material travels by cargo ferry to the port of Las Palmas and on to your plot. Our own team travels over and assembles the complete structure; inter-island transport adds days to the schedule, not weeks.
Inter-island logistics, no small print
In the Canaries transport is never a technicality. On Tenerife alone, the difference between a plot with good access and one that needs a transfer to small trucks and a crane truck separates a €500 delivery from a €3,000 one. For Gran Canaria and the other islands, sea freight is added on top — it depends on the model's volume and the destination port.
That's why we don't publish a single flat transport rate nobody could honour: we quote your specific case — model, port and plot access — and that figure goes in writing into the quote before anything is signed. The model's price doesn't change from island to island; the logistics are calculated once and stay closed.
