Wooden house prices in Tenerife
We publish full prices for the entire catalogue. These are turnkey project prices, not promotional "from" figures: the number you see is what gets quoted for the standard model, with nothing hidden. What moves the final figure is the plot, the finishes and any customisation — explained below.

Price per square metre. Houses are priced by living area. Outdoor structures — gazebos, pergolas, carports — are quoted per project, because the cost depends more on the structure and the clear span than on the covered area.
What the price includes

- Transport to your plot on the island
- Professional turnkey assembly
- Electrical installation and plumbing
- Fitted bathrooms and interior finishes
- Water, waste and electrical connections prepared for the kitchen
- Guidance on technical documentation and the building permit
What isn't included
- Kitchen units — we leave the connections ready, the units are your choice
- Foundations: they depend on the ground and are quoted separately
- Municipal permit fees
- Final connection to the grid, which must be done by an authorised technician
What makes the quote vary
The plot
A level plot with vehicle access is the cheap scenario. Slope, a narrow approach or the need for a crane push up foundation and assembly costs.
The finishes
The standard model ships with catalogue finishes. Changing joinery, cladding or flooring moves the quote in either direction.
Customisation
Altering the layout, enlarging the floor area or adding a terrace is calculated on top of the base project.
The island
We work across the Canaries. Transport beyond Tenerife is quoted by destination.
