Specifications
24 m² under a gable roof, seating twelve at the table, with optional rotating louvres on the sides. This is the model that stops being a garden feature and becomes an outdoor room: with the louvres closed it stays usable on windy days.

Construction and materials
Nordic pine treated against UV and moisture, specified for the subtropical climate: year-round direct sun and sea humidity.
What the project includes
The price covers manufacturing in our own workshop and professional installation. No heavy foundations are needed — a levelled concrete base or adjustable pads is enough. We work in Tenerife and across the Canary Islands.
Lead time and assembly
Typical manufacturing and installation time: 3 to 4 weeks.
Once dispatched from the workshop, transport usually takes 3–4 hours on the same island or one day to another Canary Island. Manufacturing and on-site assembly are separate stages.
