CasaModul's wooden houses are built from high-grade glued laminated timber (glulam), a material that combines structural strength with excellent insulation. Our wooden homes are permanent dwellings that meet all planning regulations and are suitable for year-round living.
Solid timber houses from 35 m²
We build timber cabins and solid wood houses in 35, 60 and 100 m² models. Every wooden house includes the complete structure, roof, interior and exterior joinery and first-class finishes. We also build garden cabins as an addition to your main home.
The advantages of living in a wooden house
Laminated timber insulates around ten times better than concrete. That means lower energy bills and greater indoor comfort. Timber construction is also faster, cleaner and leaves a significantly smaller carbon footprint than conventional building.
Are these prefab houses?
Yes. The entire structure is manufactured and machined in our workshop: parts arrive cut, treated and numbered to the project drawing. On the plot only the assembly happens, following that drawing. That is why our prefab wooden houses go up in weeks rather than months, and why the price is firm from the start — there is no wet-trade work to spring surprises.
