15 m² with a bathroom and a flexible interior layout: the only model in the small range that can be fitted with a kitchen and work as a compact self-contained home. The bathroom is what makes the difference — without one, a cabin still depends on the main house.

Construction and materials
44 mm treated Nordic pine. Delivered pre-assembled, which reduces on-site work to installation and adjustment.
What the project includes
The price covers manufacturing in our own workshop and professional installation. No heavy foundations are needed — a levelled concrete base or adjustable pads is enough. We work in Tenerife and across the Canary Islands.

Installed in one or two days on a levelled base. No heavy foundations required.
